Our Permanent Team consists of four Spanish professionals who work on Naturlingua's project during the whole year.
Julio López Garbayo
Camp Director. With an interdisciplinary training and great experience in youth movements. He has hold positions of responsiblity both in organizations and in private companies.
Carlos Martínez
Coordinator for Planning and Training. Always involved in youth movements and in training of leaders. He also works in Quality Management. He has taken part in many international actions.
Federico Sancho
Environmental Consultant. Expert in training, conservation and investigation in Environment. Since 1989 he has collaborated with several companies, organizations and associations. He has taken part in several international cooperation projects.
Cristina Oriol
Nutritionist. She has taken part in dozens of camps and, as a professional dietist, knows exactly the needs of youngsters depending on climatologic conditions and physical exercise.
During the Camp, this Team completes with:
- At least one monitor for each 8 campers.
- Two cooks.
- One health worker.
- Maintenance personnel.
All the monitors are over 21 years of age, have university experience and official qualification of Leisure Time Monitor or equivalent grade.
